Thai Black Rice
Instructions
- In a rice cooker, add the rice, water and salt. Set the rice cooker to Brown Rice and cook.
- Once the rice is finished, use a fork and flake the rice to separate the individual grains. Transfer to a sheet tray and place into the walk in to cool completely. Transfer the cooked and cooled rice to a Cambro, label and date. The rice will be safe for 5 - 7 days.
