Smoke’n Hot Mary is a smoky and spicy Bloody Mary Mix, made by Eat Beer Products.  It is a combination of spicy chilies, including Scotch Bonnet peppers, Home Brew Chef smoked chipotle peppers (ripe red Jalapeno peppers smoked in almond and oak wood for 28 hours) and the chili peppers from Eat Beer Hot Sauce’s Nor Cal Mole, Carolina Reapers, habanero, roasted poblano, chile mulato, chile pasilla, and ancho peppers, making a total of 8 peppers to give our sauce a lovely heat.  I then combine Paul’s Produces farm fresh ingredients, crafting my own vegetable medley designed to bring nutrients to your morning cocktail, with extra help from nutritional yeast, kombu and white miso.

 

To use: Take 2 parts Smoke’n Hot Mary to 1 part vodka, shake and pour over ice for a classic Bloody Mary. Garnish to your liking.
