Playing with the idea of South Carolina mustard sauce, this IPA Mustard Sauce for BBQ is perfect for chicken, pork or beef.

Instructions
  1. In a quart size mason jar, add the IPA, rub, sugar, malt vinegar and Sierra Nevada Mustard Pale Ale-Honey 8OZ. Seal with a lid and shake well, until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Serve this sauce at room temperature. This sauce should be refrigerated and will last for several weeks.
