Instructions
  • In a cast iron skillet or saute pan, placed over medium heat, add the cumin and coriander seeds. Stir continually until the seeds start to pop and the aroma of the spices fills your nose. Remove from the heat and place into a spice grinder or cleaned coffee grinder. Allow to fully cool, them pulse until the seeds become a powder.
  • Add the ground cumin | coriander to a bowl, along with the remaining ingredients and using a whisk, blend well. Transfer the All Purpose Spice Blend into a seal-able container, such as a pint size mason jar. This spice mix will last several months in a cool, dry spice drawer or cupboard.
