Mole Infused Sour Cream
Taking sour cream | Mexican crème | crème fraîche | or even plain Greek Yogurt and adding Nor Cal Mole Hot Sauce to make a Mole infused Sour Cream.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add the sour cream | Mexican crème | crème fraîche | Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the Nor Cal Mole Hot Sauce, using more or less depending on heat level and use and citrus juice.
  3. Using a whisk, blend the ingredients together. This sauce can be used right away or stored in the refrigerator, covered for up to a week.
  4. Try using this sauce as a dip for a Crudité, on my Four Ale Nacho recipe, on a taco | burrito, or as a sour cream to make a Mole flavored chicken strogganoff (using the chicken thigh Nor Cal Mole Marinade recipe.
