  1. Strawberry Shortcake Assembling Directions (Per Serving) 1. Cut a Barley Shortcake in half.
  2. 2. Add a tablespoon of Witbier Curd onto the bottom shortcake.
  3. 3. Scoop a large spoonful of Hopped Strawberries over the curd.
  4. 4. Cover with the other half of the Barley Shortcake.
