Golden Milk Hemp Seed Cracker (Low Carb)
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup seeds, hemp, shelled
- 1/2 cup seeds, chai
- 1/2 cup seeds, sesame, black and white mixed
- 2/3 cup flax, ground
- 2/3 cup flour, almond, super fine
- 1/3 cup flour, coconut
- 1/3 cup coconut, fine pulsed in a food processor to a powder
- 1/3 cup flour, maca
- 1/3 cup protein powder, soy
- 2 tablespoon yeast nutrients
- 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns, Szechuan,
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns, black
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, himalayan
Wet Ingredients:
- 4 ounce butter, unsalted melted, preferably organic and European Style
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, apple
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon oil, pistachio
- 1 teaspoon Marmite Yeast Extract
- 2 tablespoon Special Butter
- 1 teaspoon Special Butter
- 1 tablespoon miso, white

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325˚F, convection bake.
- Measure all the flours and dry ingredients together in the bowl of an electric mixer. With a paddle attachment, mix until all the ingredients are blended well.
- Measure out the wet ingredients and mix together. Using a hand blender, puree the mixture together until smooth.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture bowl, mixing until the mixture becomes a dough. Using a small scoop, portion the balls of dough, onto a Silpat lined baking sheet, arranging 24 per sheet tray.
- Bake the crackers for 22-24 minutes. Let cool then package.
