Instructions
  • Preheat the oven to 325˚F, convection bake.
  • Measure all the flours and dry ingredients together in the bowl of an electric mixer. With a paddle attachment, mix until all the ingredients are blended well.
  • Measure out the wet ingredients and mix together. Using a hand blender, puree the mixture together until smooth.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture bowl, mixing until the mixture becomes a dough. Using a small scoop, portion the balls of dough, onto a Silpat lined baking sheet, arranging 24 per sheet tray.
  • Bake the crackers for 22-24 minutes. Let cool then package.
