Coconut Porter Paletas With Cocoa Nibs and Toasted Coconut

  1. In the pitcher of a blender, add the simple syrup, coconut milk, Coconut Porter and salt. Blend on high for 1 minute. Pour about 1 inch of the mixture into each popsicle mold, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes, just until icy.
  2. Divide the cocoa nibs and coconut shavings between the molds, and then top with the remaining mixture.
  3. Add in the sticks of choice and place into the freezer for at least 5 hours, or overnight until frozen solid.
