SN Pale Ale flatbread, topped with Tumbler soaked sun dried tomatoes, meteors of goat cheese, caramelized onions and herbs

The Galaxy of Caprese

rings of Heirloom tomatoes,  with moons of mozzarella and basil leaves with a malt vinegar gastrique

Pasta Moons

Hop pesto, orange zest, peas, crumbles of feta cheese mixed with pasta

Sierra Nevada Narwhal beer brined Pork loin, smoked over pecan wood chips and served with

craters of roasted garlic Torpedo IPA mash potatoes and roasted carrot rockets

Neptune’s Surface

Sierra Nevada Narwhal beer brined extra firm tofu, smoked over pecan wood chips and served with

craters of roasted garlic Torpedo IPA mash potatoes and roasted carrot rockets, green beans, sautéed onions

Upside Down Peach Kellerweis Cake

Last of the season peaches, caramelized with brown sugar and topped with a Sierra Nevada Kellerweis cake batter,

baked and served with a whipping cream infused with Kellerweis
