and mixed kale braised in a shallot Tumbler jam

cherry wood smoked portobello mushrooms, simmered with leeks, carrots, onions, celery,

morel mushrooms, marble potatoes, vegetable stock and Anchor Porter

Barley Flour Biscuits

barley and all-purpose flour blended together with Sierra Nevada Tumbler Brown Ale

served warm with a side of bourbon barrel smoked Straus Family Creamery whipped butter
