Welcome to Home Brew Chef Blog!

Over the last several months the Home Brew Chef Team has been hard at work enhancing the design, integrating new features and refreshing the content of homebrewchef.com for your enjoyment.  For those of you that are new to the site, welcome to the community.  At Homebrewchef.com you will have an opportunity to interact with the Home Brew Chef, founder and creator, Sean Z. Paxton and together learn and engage in conversation about and experience beer cuisine via 20+ years of craft beer and culinary experience.

The website will explore beer and cuisine from around the world and consider the thoughtful integration of beer into food.  Opportunities to understand the nuances of beer styles in relationship to the art of cooking is a highlight of the site.

New Features:

Chef’s Table: New and exclusive home to original Home Brew Chef recipes, multi course menus and videos.

Personal Account:  Why create a personal account?  A personal account on homebrewchef.com gives you access to the Chef’s Table.

Mailing List: Once registered with a personal account, you are automatically placed on the Home Brew Chef mailing list.  Via the mailing list you will receive regular updates on upgrades and new information available on homebrewchef.com.

Recipe Features:  You will find that all the recipes available now have “recipe scaling”, allowing you to create a meal for any size event or gathering.  Also, the new recipe features allow you to toggle between metric and US measurements.

Between now and early 2016 the Home Brew Chef Team will be busily working on the expansion of the Chef’s Table. For those of you that have registered you will be privy to new and never published before:

  • Home Brew Chef recipes
  • multi course menus
  • techniques for cooking with beer
  • video

Additionally, a new online shop focused on making your home brewing and|or beer cuisine adventures just that much better will be available.

Home Brew Chef 2.0 has just begun, and there is much more to come in the very near future, including an improved mobile website.  Thank you for visiting, and as always, we appreciate your feedback. Let’s us know what you think about the site through the contact page.

Cheers and Happy Holidays,

Sean Z. Paxton and the Home Brew Chef Team

I am moving to Napa and have about 2 acres that I’m considering planting hops on. I would love to connect with people who are in the know about this!
