What is a Schiacciata?

With origins from Tuscany, Italy, a Schiacciata is a style of flatbread or pizza.

The Bejkr Signature Crust?

Mike Zakowski’s crust is next-level artisan-style pizza crust. Using organic grains from Central Milling, he combines high-extraction wheat, whole wheat, with whole spelt, sea salt, and his amazing sourdough starter that naturally leavened the crust. It is then stretched by hand, and cooked in a 675F wood-fired mobile oven. The result is almost like toast, caramelizing the crust, with a kiss of the wood-fired smoke, making all the ingredients pop!

Dinner for Two:

  • Seasonally Inspired Salad
  • Schiacciata (pizzas)
  • 2 each craft cookies

Re-Heating Directions:

  • If traveling home, to re-heat the pizza, preheat your oven to 400F and heat for 2-3 minutes, for best results.
