bay shrimp tossed in a Asian Fry Sauce 2.0, green onions and garnished with black sesame seeds, Daikon radish sprouts, micro flowering cilantro,

Seared fresh Lobster mushrooms, tossed in roasted garlic infused toasted sesame oil, seaweed, Whisky Barrel Aged Shoyu, pea shoots

grilled chicken thighs marinated in gochujang paste, pineapple juice, miso, shoyu, toasted sesame oil, garlic, ginger and Dawn of the Red IPA,

served with a Eat Beer Hot Sauce Yellow Thai Racer, made with Bear Republic Brewing Co. Racer 5 IPA, coconut milk, Italian Gold tomatoes, kombu, garlic and ginger

and a coconut oil fried rice, kimchi, crispy SPAM bits and caramelized pineapple

Hodo tofu, a orange & purple cauliflower, Rosa Bianca eggplant, Hen of the Woods mushrooms, leeks, all simmered in a Eat Beer Hot Sauce Yellow Thai Racer, made with

Bear Republic Brewing Co.Racer 5 IPA, coconut milk, Italian Gold tomato, kombu, garlic and ginger

Kalua Pig

Local pork butts, injected with Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen & garlic, marinated in koji for 48 hours, seasoned with a black Hawaiian sea salt,

wrapped in fresh banana and red ti leaves, smoked slow & slow in pecan wood for 12 hours and chopped.

Served with a Guava | Ginger | Maui Brewing Co. Laulima Belgian IPA BBQ Sauce,

With a Island style macaroni salad, tossed in a Black Garlic White Miso Malt Vinegar Mayonnaise and garnished with Shichimi Togorashi spice blend

 

Smoked Jack Fruit

marinated in Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen, black garlic and koji for 48 hours, seasoned with a black Hawaiian sea salt,
